Prolonged survival in EGFR wild-type patients with stable disease

  • A hazard ratio of 0.65 indicates a significant reduction in the risk of death for EGFR wild-type patients with stable disease who received Tarceva (P=0.0041).6
  • Most patients who were evaluable for EGFR mutation status in the SATURN trial had wild-type disease (89%).6
